Only one wing has been built so far but this is for residents with dementia so the interior layout has been designed using colours. materials, etc. to assist these residents with orientation in the property and also externally a sensory garden has been provided.
To convert an existing traditional steading range to 4 holiday let facilities.
To create a 12-bay golf driving range, training centre and coffee shop with associated facilities.
